The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. However, the noise from the bar was disruptive, and the elevator was out of service during the day, making it inconvenient to navigate the building. Parking was available at no charge, which was a nice bonus.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring downtown Victoria, with easy access to the Inner Harbour and popular attractions like the Royal BC Museum. The staff provided exceptional service, especially the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate needs during the stay. The free parking and lovely harbor view from the room added extra value.

Waking up each morning to a breathtaking harbor view was truly the highlight of our stay. The staff's friendliness made every moment delightful, and the nearby attractions were just a pleasant walk away.

However, the elevator was quite small and slow, which made it inconvenient during busy hours. Additionally, we experienced some noise disturbances from outside, especially late at night, affecting our sleep quality.

I recently enjoyed a stay with my family in a room that boasted stunning views of the harbor. The location was perfect, as everything was within walking distance, making it easy to explore downtown Victoria. The staff were incredibly helpful, and they really went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. My only concern was the noise from the bar below, which could be a bit disruptive at times.
